David Perry is an Executive Video Game Industry Consultant. He has been a gaming industry visionary for the past 25 years and has been one of the strongest evangelists of game streaming technology. His professional experience includes working with Hollywood Directors, Hollywood Studios, Licensing in/out, IP Creation, Patenting, Trademarking, Budgeting, Creative Direction, Designing, Programming, Out-Sourcing, Funding, Production and many other facets of the business of making and selling professional video games. On a day-to-day basis, Perry is committed to driving the gaming industry itself to new heights. Perry sits on the advisory board of the Game Developers Conference and the Video Games Expo, and is a regular speaker at conferences, industry award shows and industry research organizations.

Rui Pereira Rui Pereira
Chief Technology Officer | Co-Founder
For the last decade, Rui has been a creative entrepreneur, continuously working on simplifying user experiences and interaction with technology. He strongly believes that all media — music, movies, games and applications — should be instantly accessible, free from any technical restrictions. Rui originally proposed and jointly developed the concept of using streaming technology as a way to remove the friction involved in gaming. Gaikai is the fulfillment of this vision. Rui's background is in the telecom and internet space as the Pan-European Web Architect at UPC Broadband and has extensive experience designing and implementing Rich Internet Applications, Media-heavy Network Solutions, Content Management Systems, and Enterprise Portals.

Andrew Gault Andrew Gault
Co-Founder
Prior to Gaikai, Andrew was a Senior Integration Consultant at UPC Broadband, a large multinational cable operator in the Netherlands, with operations all over Europe. He was heavily involved within the OSS space and acquired extensive architectural knowledge on IP & VoIP provisioning, network monitoring and performance management. His roles included Solution Architect, Technical End-to-End ownership, Test Management, Technical Lead and Issue Mediation. Andrew originally moved abroad to work at the European Space Agency in the Netherlands, where he spent several years as a Developer, Team Lead and Project Lead at the Agency's Research and Technology Center (ESTEC). His projects included work on IP and voice site-to-site communication, and video conferencing.

Nanea Reeves Nanea Reeves

Recognized by Digital Media Wire as one of the "25 Executives to Watch in 2010", Nanea brings over 15 years of experience in the online service arena. Most recently, Nanea was SVP/COO, Global Online for Electronic Arts directly responsible for transforming the company's legacy online systems for identity, multiplayer and eCommerce into a highly scalable service layer capable of growing EA's digital revenues. Prior to EA, Nanea was on the management team of JAMDAT Mobile, a mobile games company that EA acquired in 2006. Nanea has also held key positions in product development and marketing for emerging new media and e-commerce companies, including eToys, eCompanies, and Venu Interactive. She began her career in motion pictures and television advertising/marketing.

Ueli Gallizzi Ueli Gallizzi

Ueli was previously Lead Architect at UPC Broadband, where he was the design authority in complex integration projects with over 30 integrated systems. Prior to UPC Broadband, Ueli was CIO of DataCore and responsible for the implementation of a highly available server infrastructure project. In 2004 Ueli became a team lead in J2EE engineering at Cablecom. During his time at Cablecom he was the architect and development lead of the first web-based, fully automated real time provisioning system. When Cablecom was purchased by Liberty Global, Ueli was promoted to Integration Architect. In this position he was responsible for Web and OSS integration for all of Europe. Ueli initiated the UPC Canonical Data Model initiative, which is a shared information model for all UPC entities, now utilized across all UPC countries.

Prior to joining Gaikai, Brendan was the co-founder, president and CEO of Scaleform Corporation, the #1 user interface (UI) technology provider in the video game market, which was acquired by Autodesk (NASDAQ: ADSK) in March 2011. With over 15 years in the game industry, Brendan pioneered Scaleform to be one of the fastest-growing tools and middleware companies, securing relationships with hundreds of leading developers, publishers, and technology companies worldwide, spearheading the creation of Scaleform’s satellite offices in Japan, China, and South Korea, and most recently leading the successful merger with Autodesk.

Jamie Cook Jamie Cook
General Counsel / EVP Legal and Business Affairs
Jamie has been an attorney and executive in the interactive entertainment industry for over 30 years. He joined Atari in 1981 as vice president and counsel of Atari's home computer division. In 1993, Jamie joined 3DO as general counsel. He was a member of 3DO's executive management team (EVP, Legal and Business Affairs) and also a director of the company's subsidiaries in London and Tokyo. Jamie managed legal affairs for 3DO through its IPO and commercial release of 3DO Interactive Multiplayer (the world's first CD-ROM based interactive entertainment system). Jamie graduated from Dartmouth College and from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He has been admitted to practice law in California, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia.

Robert Stevenson Robert Stevenson

Prior to joining the company, Robert was the VP of Online Development at Namco Bandai Games, where he was in charge of western-facing online planning, R&D and content creation to enable a future of diverse activities. Before Namco Bandai, Robert was the VP of Business Development & Worldwide Publishing for Atari, where he oversaw business relationships and global publishing activities, including work on successful franchises like Ghostbusters, Dragonball Z and Neverwinter Nights. Prior to Atari, Robert served as the VP of Product Development & Acquisitions for DreamCatcher Games (acquired by JoWooD AG). In his early career, Robert held key roles in several game development and publishing companies, including Interactive Magic and iROCK Games under Virtus Entertainment. Robert holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

Colin DuPre Colin DuPre
VP Technical Operations
Colin was previously Director of Service Architecture at Sony Online Entertainment, where he oversaw the Network Engineering, Unix, and Windows Engineering groups. Colin's extensive gaming industry experience combines launching and managing online games (for regional and international markets) with a strong background in network and systems administration. He has led the successful launch of MMO games including Shadowbane, The Matrix Online, Vanguard: Saga of Heroes and Free Realms, representing a combined user base of over 11 million gamers. Colin has held key operational positions with Monolith, En-Tranz Entertainment, and Gathering of Developers.

Ryan Breed Ryan Breed
VP Development
Ryan has 15 years experience managing large technical teams across a broad range of technologies including complex software systems, networking, pattern recognition, embedded systems, high frequency radar, optical and ultrasonic sensors, and piezoelectric materials. Ryan has been a key player in five startups including IQinVision, a leader in intelligent camera products, and most recently was founding partner of Singularity Investment Funds, a privately held hedge fund focused on statistical arbitrage strategies.
